Mid-Ohio Valley District 4 held Theory and Technique tests at the Wood County Public Library in March.  Theory tests were given to 17 students, and 20 students submitted to Technique tests.

 

District 4 Spring Performances were presented May 9 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Parkersburg.

Rayme Pullen was the adjudicator for 18 students.  Participating teachers were Laura Hamm, Barbara Heckert, and Amy Rice.
