Download the registration form below for the 2016 WVMTA Conference at Shepherd University. Please mail the form and payment to President-Elect John Morrison (address listed on form) with a postmark no later than October 2, 2016.
If you prefer the convenience of registering and paying online, fill out the registration form below and them choose the appropriate PayPal button to pay for your registration. There is a $1.50 processing fee for paying online through PayPal.
